The third edition of Chicago Flea MKT is happening on Sunday, July 7th. The Market Makers are calling all savvy shoppers to join them in celebrating their next Summer soiree at A.N. Pritzker School’s 40,000 square foot playground. This edition of the MKT is being held in honor of independence and the creative initiatives of over 50 of the Midwest’s most talented artisans, and will once again boast an eclectic collection of clothing, accessories, art, food, and vintage goods.
Start your Sunday with a bike ride to the MKT, where Heritage Bicycles will be servicing a bike valet, with Glazed and Infused donuts and espresso to kick-start your day! Along with Heritage Bicycles will be the loyal core of returning vendors like GREENOLA, Alapash Terrariums, and Cartografika. In addition to these community favorites, tons of newcomers have jumped on board, like Megan Lee Designs, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, and Minerology. The complete list of vendors is located at http://www.chicagofleamkt.com.
Five of the city’s finest food trucks tie this MKT together, including Toasty Cheese, Curried, Babycakes, Bridgeport Pasty, and The Fat Shallot. If you’re into Naked Juices, you’ll be pleased to know they’ll be right alongside Toasty Cheese truck distributing new flavors of juice! If you’re a parent, not to worry- artists from The Paintbrush Art Studio will be offering a hands-on experience for you and your children.
