I like to make THINGS. I like to make things that show the bit of the world I live in, Central Illinois. So these THINGS are images of land and corn and rivers and music. Underlying that is the need to show a story of a man and a woman. So I have characters, He&She, who form a narrative throughout my work. My MFA is in sculpture and drawing, so I work in three dimensions and render in shades of grey, but for fun I squeeze paint tubes and spread colors around. Thanks for looking at my work.
